Healthcare clinics and hospitals often face high call volumes, leading to long wait times, miscommunication, and missed appointments. Receptionists struggle to manage calls efficiently while handling walk-in patients and administrative tasks. This results in poor user experience and inconsistent booking accuracy.
Solution :
I designed an intuitive AI Call Agent Dashboard that centralizes the entire call-based appointment workflow.
Key goals included:
Creating a clear layout for live call status, patient details, and appointment options.
Structuring information so agents (or supervisors) can quickly categorize doctors by specialty.
Displaying call transcripts and conversation summaries for monitoring and quality assurance.
Making the interface simple, fast, and accessible for non-technical staff.
Challenge :
Balancing dense medical information with a clean, minimal layout.
Designing a workflow that feels natural even though it’s AI-driven, not human-driven.
Organizing specialties and doctor profiles in a way that reduces cognitive load.
